Payment for access to the site is in advance, either monthly or annually. You may cancel your membership at any time. You will not be charged again and you account will be closed the end of your current monthly or annual payment period.
Membership is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months or years of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for time unused with an open account.
If you join via a trial membership, you will pay the trial amount for the period (e.g. 14 Days), and then revert to paying the full membership price every month or year thereafter depending on your selected payment plan.
I am certain you’ll find the materials and support on the site to be incredibly valuable for your business.

If you cancel your membership before the end of your current paid up month or year, you will retain access to the site for the remainder of your paid-up period.
My other products such as 30 Days to a Steady Flow of Leads and Clients and Selling to Corporates are one-off purchases. Each has a guarantee period stated on the sales page where they can be purchased.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase at any time within the guarantee period, email me at support(at)ianbrodie.com and I’ll refund your payment – no questions asked.
