		<description>Ian, I have dedicated 2010 to focus. I agree that it is the missing piece for most of us. This is in the role of sales and/or marketing (probably any role you can name). There are so many interesting, exciting tools out there for a business developer, like the proverbial kid in the candy store. Taking a step back and recognizing what you&#039;re trying to achieve on a daily basis is where I&#039;m at this year. Great post!</description>
