		<description>Thanks for the preview of the leadership poll. We put so much stock in polls it&#039;s critical to understand what they are truly telling us. Your clarification regarding the key take-away from this poll is priceless! The poll tells us what is top of mind of those being surveyed. Communication is viewed as the most important factor for leadership because it is something respondents want more of from their leaders. I think organizations could gain significant insight  by asking this very question of their employees. If they consider the response from the perspective you&#039;ve presented here, they would be identifying specific areas for leadership improvement relative to their organization.
